    Watching sunrise and running.The best and healthy way for me to start my weekend on Saturday morning.

    One thing that has made it easier for me to stay positive and strong during the challenging time is to keep myself healthy and fit every single day.

    Running has been my key way that has helped to achieve that.

    Being physically in a good shape always making it  easier for the mind to figure our better solutions to move forward in facing  challenges especially with Covid-19 is still affecting our life and career.

    What do you do to stay positive and strong?

    Great motivation!

    I agree, keeping physically healthy is good. But mental health is also very important. I believe that cultivating a healthy mindset and attitude always keep you going – perspective is important. Meditation often helps me calm the mind.
